Inspired by the zestful Eden MacDonald of Feed Life (I attended one of her cooking classes last fall), I'm planning a year full of green for twenty-thirteen! By making changes to my diet I hope to lead a vibrant life, to celebrate the seasons, to feel excitement over upcoming farmer's markets, all the while modelling healthy eating behaviours for our little babe. There are no rules with this plan, just an intent eat mindfully and consume as many whole, plant-based foods as I can. Perhaps 2013 will be the year my skin finally turns a pretty shade of pistachio?
